Unlimited calling subject to normal use and
fair usage policy and excludes certain
call-types for which additional charges apply. International calls billed per
minute. Rates exclude high speed internet service, activation fee, premium
services, IXICA compatible equipment, taxes and shipping. Billing commences
immediately when your service is activated (“Service Activation Date”).
The number transfer process takes approximately 10 business days from the time you confirm
your transfer request. Satellite, TV, alarms, modems and other systems may not
be compatible with IXICA service. Please refer to our terms of service for information on VoIP 911 service and the differences associated.
